J is for Jibber-Jabber

Huh! I need my quota of that! Every once in a while, yap about this and that, no serious talk, just go on and on about nothing in particular. I so love to do that. Only need listeners. An acute dearth of audience resulted in this blog with you guys being the unfortunate victims!

Whether it is sharing your encounters, voicing your opinion, mundane chatter and all that yada yada yada, I would say, just do it, keep doing it! Keep the jibber-jabber on! There are serious advantages, your blog is active, your fingers get the much needed exercise, there is a chronicle to revisit at old age for passing time, biggest of all, you encounter some kind souls who are willing to bear the gibberish! What more does one want!

Tooth fairy comes visiting

As dramatic as mornings can get, today was no different. The early morning madness just got more dramatic today, with the long-threatening tooth deciding to disembark, while brushing. What followed was much excitement and triumphant announcements, the world had to know, who cares if they are sleeping! As the said tooth needed some rinsing for presentability and display purposes, the earnest mother suggested that it be run under the tap, while the most horrendous thing happened and it slipped and fell into the drain of the wash-basin, from Brat’s hand. What followed was of course more high decibel activity, with screams and wails, as to how I could suggest something so horrid, and how now, the tooth fairy will never find anything. Marathon Bloggers: August Challenge: 3 Pet Peeves

My personal vexations that annoy me, top three, off the top of my head: (1)    My obsessiveness with orderliness! The number of hours I spend putting those godforsaken toys in their respective places, designate jars that stock essentials in the fridge, file those mundane papers, and yes! the fixation with labelling and honouring it, while putting things back, only to have Brat and Junior scatter everything all over the very next minute!   If only I had spent all these hours at the gym… (2)    Huh!
