Feb Challenge: Day 5: Tea: When the cutting leaves you craving!

Tea

That word for me is synonymous with ‘cutting’.

Beverage at home has always been the freshly brewed filter kapi, which me and the husband are so passionate about, that has be a post sometime, the kapi romance just has to translate into words!

But well, today’s post is about Tea, which I am equally fond of, only when I don’t make it. I don’t stock tea at home. Tea for me is always at the roadside thela, in the typical tea glasses filled three-forths, emanating almost magical, heavenly aroma, for a cutting!

So, I walked down the lane today, had the cutting, so as to translate the feeling into this post and requested the vendor, if I could take a picture, which he so kindly obliged to and struck a shy pose, which I found rather cute, by the way! So, tell me, aren’t u yearning for a cutting now?

  1. Ooh.. that's a nice interpretation!! Funnily enough I have never had tea at stalls like this.. well discounting college days maybe :). Liked the glimpse of this side of tea!!
